NotchUp is an initiative by IIT-D IIM-A Alumni to prepare young children for the future through our transformative online Live courses. you can work here as a online coding teacher.

Detail of the role and responsibilities:

1. Conduct online live coding classes for children in the age group of 10+ yrs. as per the lesson plans provided
2. Based on the requirement of the company, you would be required to take sessions 
3. Each session you take would be of 60 mins.
4. Go through lesson plan and slides in advance and be prepared for every class
5. Provide feedback on the student to parents at the end of sessions
6. Provide content to create module wise feedback reports
7. Conduct trial classes as and when leads come in.

Requirements from you:

1. Laptop/PC - Should have a working microphone and camera. Earphones are recommended
for a superior experience.
2. Please ensure you are seated in a noise free room and have a clear wall behind  your back so that there is no external disturbance during the session
3. High Internet speed – Minimum 10 Mbps for both download and upload

Working hour

A minimum availability of 25 hours is required during the week.

SELECTION PROCESS

Details of Salary:

For Regular sessions that you take, you will receive INR 150/ session

Trial Classes - For each completed demo class you will be paid INR 40 / session. In case the trials donot get conducted then you won’t be eligible for any payment. For every successful conversion of trial class to regular class, you will receive one-time fees of INR 200

Probation Period -

 For the first two weeks after you join, you will be required to go through the

course material for the first 16 sessions post which there would be a small test to check your understanding of the material. During this phase you will have limited trials scheduled with students. Only if you successfully complete this period, you would be eligible for the monthly payment. Salary will be credited to your bank account by 4th day of every month once you successfully .complete the probation period.

Penalty 

* 5 min Late in joining a class  , 50% pay for  that class will will be deducted

* If you don’t join the class before prior notice, there will be 500 Rs penalty.

* Due to emergency, inform them of your unavailability at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no penalty. You can only use this for only  2 days/ month. After that, there will be 1 class pay penalty

* For any planned leave, you need to give at least 2 weeks-notice, so that they can accomodate  your  request and you are not penalised .

* if you don't join the class before prior notice ,there will be 500 rs penalty

Late Notice Penalty: 

For trial sessions, if you inform less than 3 hrs before class time regarding your unavailability then there is 1 demo class penalty

● No Show Penalty - If you do now show up for a scheduled trial class without prior notice,

then there is 100 Rs penalty

● Trial Class Form Submissions – You need to fill a short form at the end of demo session so that the sales team can reach out to parent as soon as possible

        ○ In a month, if less than 90% feedback forms are filled within 24 hr period, then

penalty of 250 INR will be levied for that month

        ○ In a month, if 100% forms were filled within 4hrs of trial then you will be paid an

Extra bonus of 250 Rs for that month

• Bank Account Details -(you will be given a form to fill bank details)
