1. Laptop (Should be fully charged, just in case of NO electricity)

Education Qualifications

Your Minimum Qualification should be Graduation.

(Class 3 to 10)

WORKING HOUR

Minimum 80 hours commitment from your side will be required in the months time
(minimum 3 hrs./day)

1. PHASE 1 :- Demo Class

2. PHASE 2:-  Zoom training

3. PHASE 3 :- Technical Expertise

4. PHASE 4:-  Admin Panel Training

PAYOUT / INCENTIVE STRUCTURE

1. THEY will pay you Rs 100 for each Trial Class and Rs 200 is paid for each conversion.

2.Out of Rs 200, Rs 120 is fixed and Rs 80 is variable

3. Variable pay for Paid Class:

Out of Rs 80 variable pay, Rs 40 will be a function of Customer ratings.

Rating Incentive Slabs

             4.81-5.0       40

         4.5-4.8         35

        4.2-4.49        30

        3.9- 4.2         20

       3.6-3.89         10

      less than 3.6     0

5.. Remaining Rs 40 will be a function of discharging teacher duties.

6.Classes failed due to issues on the teacher side will not be             considered for payment.

7. Not following certain do’s and don’ts will attract a flat 50% deduction in conversion pay and variable pay. Hence thoroughly check Do’s and Don’ts and ensure compliance.

 NOTE;- This payout structure is subjected to be changed as per situation and time.

PENALTIES

1. Coming late to the class - if late than 10 mins, PENALTY of half the hourly payment

2. Ending Class before 55-58 minutes. PENALTY of half the hourly payment.

3.Cancelling class within 1 hour of class time will attract a Monetary penalty of Rs 500. Warning will be issued along with it. Informing within 24 hours will attract a penalty of Rs 250. Always inform about your unavailability 24 hours prior to the class.
