DEMO ROUND 1

you need to submit a short video of 5-10 mins video with responses to following questions:-

1	Your introduction and academic details
2	Teaching experience(especially kids), if any
3	Do you think it's a good idea to teach coding to kids?
4	How will teaching to kids benefit you?
5	Give an example of your failure and how you overcame it.
6	How many hours can you dedicate for coding ninjas per day?
7	What are your strengths and weaknesses?
8	What makes you suitable for the role?
9	What are your current major commitments? (college, job, internship, part time job etc)

10	Answer any one of the following:
a)	How will you explain any high school physics concept to a 4th grade student with simple language? (You can pick any physics topic of your choice, like Laws of motion, gravitation, sound wave, light wave etc)
b)	How will you explain the concept of loops & functions to a 4th grade student, using simple language and real life examples.

Note for Qs 10:- 

• Assume you are explaining this to a 4th grade kid

• Use suitable real-life examples/analogies and link them well to the concept

• Use simple language and avoid using any technical terms keeping in mind the child's age

Key points to keep in mind while creating the video:

• Good spoken English with a focus on grammar, voice modulation and neutral accent.

• Essential soft skills for teaching including calmness, patience and ability to engage.

• Attention to detail in presentation including an awareness of body language and overall presentation.

you have to upload your video on google drive, set sharing settings to “Anyone with the link”  and share the link on given form link in the mail.

IF YOU shortlisted in this round ,you will get another mail for the next round.

DEMO ROUND 2

on the basis your performance in the 1st Video round you are being moved to the next round where you are required to make a short video of 10 mins on the content provided in the given link of mail.

Key points to keep in mind while creating the video:

1. Assume you are teaching a 4th grader, i.e., a 9 year old child. Ensure that you use simple terminology to explain things- use terms that will be understood by a 4th grader, i.e., a 9-year-old kid.

2. The class is to be one-sided, with the teacher explaining the concept to the student on Scratch. (link will be given in that mail)

3. The video needs to be engaging and exciting from start to finish. Ensure that you use your voice to communicate enthusiasm and excitement to keep the student interested and motivated. 

4. While you navigate through different parts of the Scratch platform, ensure you give clear instructions on how the student can navigate the platform.

5. Use words, expressions, and gestures if needed to explain concepts. Ensure that the explanations are delivered in simple language and that they explain the concept thoroughly to a 9-year-old.

6. Avoid using any technical terms or jargon.
