 All over their initiative is good .Let me explain you one by one:

 1.start:

They have a set script for interacting with students online and the Teachers are supposed to teach and even talk as per that script only. In 50 minutes of interactive class, there is a specific set of tasks from the teacher's as well as students side ,which need to be completed.

2. ACTUAL PAY:

Guaranteed pay for recruited teachers is only rupees 10,000 per month. Contrary to what Whitehat Jr. advertises on all their ads that- Earn rupees 30,000- 50,000 or more a month. Rs.10,000 is paid when you make 120 hours at a time in a month ,available for them;meaning at least 30 hours a week .

3. DYNAMICS:

Beyond this Rs.10,000 a teacher paid Rs. 275 per class for a student who has paid for the entire course and only Rs. 50 per class if the student is taking a trial class monthly. The teachers are made to teach trial classes initially that mean:

"120*50= rs. 6000" added pay that makes Rs. 16,000 a month after dedicating 120 hours in a month.

4. PDF DETAILS: 

Once you are selected on the basis of that, you can deliver their scripted coding classes as per as their PDF .You will be on probation of 6 months ,you cannot leave.

5.PENALTY: 

If in a week you cannot complete your stipulate 30 hours , You have to adjust these . You might not even get paid if you cannot complete those 120 hours a month. They levy a penalty of Rs. 550 per classes for no show on the teachers part After having agreed to take a class. No provisions of paid medical leave and casual leave .
